This policy explains what information Endwell ("we", "us") collects when you visit endwell.ai or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection minimal by design: this website has no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no cookies.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. If you email us — for example to request a demo or ask about our design-partner program — we receive your email address, your message, and any details you choose to include.
• Server access logs. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information for each request: IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the page requested, referrer, and a timestamp. We use these logs to keep the site secure and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use them to build profiles of individuals.

We do not use cookies, browser fingerprinting, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics services on this site.

Third-party services

• Google Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google's font servers. When your browser requests a font, Google receives your IP address. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting. The site is served from our infrastructure in Europe. Our hosting provider processes the server logs described above on our behalf.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries and provide information you ask for.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website.
• To understand aggregate, non-identifying usage of the site.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it except with the service providers above or where required by law.

Legal basis & retention

Where the GDPR applies, we process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing the site and in responding to people who contact us. We keep server logs only as long as needed for security and analytics, and correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@endwell.ai. If you are in the EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
